2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at justlikemildred@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
Photos of the damage
Your order number

We will assess the issue and offer either:
A full refund
A replacement (subject to availability)

If a return is required, we will provide instructions, and return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases.

3. Non-Returnable Items

As our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for non-faulty items. This includes:
Change of mind purchases
Custom or personalised items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards

4. Refunds

If approved for a refund, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
